The ca. 110 sqm flat on the ground floor with separat entrance has:

  • 2 bedrooms (one double bed, one 140cm bed)
  • one bathroom with shower / WC and a bathtub
  • one living room 
  • a specious kitchen which is totally equipped 
    (dishwasher, electric stove, refridgerator with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster).
  • store room with washing machine
  • WLAN is provided for free

Your financial contribution

1 - 2  persons  85 €/night   (7 nights flat price 550 €)

3 - 4 persons: 98 €/night   (7 nights flat Price 645 €)

 

The prices are total fees, no additional costs will be charged despite a fee for final cleaning

Payment: total price 2 days prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival.

minimum stay 2 nights

Cancellation without cost 2 days prior to arrival, for later cancellations we charge 20 % of the weekly rental. 

Long term rental at a special price is possible by agreement.
